Steven is an associate in BLG's Calgary office in both the Securities and Capital Markets and Bankruptcy, Insolvency and Restructuring groups.
Steven has experience acting for both public and private issuers on a range of securities and corporate matters, including private placements, public offerings of securities including exchange compliance, and acting for both purchasers and sellers in M&A transactions.
In the Bankruptcy, Insolvency and Restructuring practice, Steven has developed experience working with BLG's group advising court-appointed receivers and monitors on various issues arising during proceedings including creditor distributions, security reviews, royalty interests, liens, and creditor challenges to proceedings.
