Executive Summary

Xiaodi Jin is a senior associate in our Securities and Capital Markets group in Calgary. His practice focuses on mergers & acquisitions, corporate finance and securities, corporate structuring and governance.

Xiaodi acts for both vendors and purchasers in public and private M&A transactions, including acting on a significant number of recent M&A transactions involving PRC based entities. Xiaodi acts for both issuers and dealers in public and private debt and equity corporate finance transactions. He also works with public companies to ensure compliance with securities laws and continuous disclosure obligations.

Xiaodi serves as corporate secretary to a number of private companies.
