Kimberly is an associate with Black McCuskey and focuses her practice in the areas of estate planning, probate and trust administration, business law and real estate law.
A summa cum laude graduate of the University of Akron School of Law, Kimberly served on the Executive Board of the Akron Law Review as the Executive Editor of Student Writing. She received the CALI Excellence Awards for the highest grade in Legal Drafting, Individual Taxation, and Wills, Trusts, & Estates II. While in law school, Kimberly gained practical experience in the area of wills, trusts, and estates as a law clerk for Judge Elinore Marsh Stormer of the Summit County Probate Court. Additionally, she worked as a summer associate for Black McCuskey.
Prior to attending the University of Akron School of Law, Kimberly obtained a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English with minors in Communication Studies and Spanish from West Liberty University in West Virginia. During her time at West Liberty, Kimberly served as Online Editor and as Editor-in-Chief of The Trumpet, West Liberty’s student-run newspaper.
As a New Philadelphia native, Kimberly was involved with the Citizens for a Safer NP Committee. Now residing in Stark County, Kimberly is a member of ystark! and the Stark County Bar Association Young Lawyers Committee and looks forward to becoming more involved in the Canton and Stark County communities.
