Biography

Concentrates in real estate, commercial, corporate and tax matters, including transactions and land use. With a Master of Laws (Taxation) from Villanova University School of Law he also practices in estate and business planning, and trusts and estates. A graduate of Villanova and Wake Forest University School of Law, Rick is a member of The Greater Atlantic City Chamber of Commerce Board of Trustees, a member of the AtlantiCare Health Services Board of Trustees, and the UNICO Scholarship Foundation, as well as being involved in numerous other civic and community activities. Rick recently completed a four year term on Supreme Court District 1 Ethics Committee (2006-2009). Rick received the Benjamin A. Rimm award as Atlantic County's young lawyer of the year in 2004 in recognition of his professionalism and community involvement. Rick is a second generation attorney. His father, Robert V. Mairone, was a prominent South Jersey attorney from 1966-1987. Like all attorneys of PMBB Rick is a lifelong resident of Atlantic County.

Recipient of Hon. Benjamin Rimm Award, Outstanding Atlantic County Young Lawyer of the Year, Atlantic County Bar Association. Member, Board of Directors, Atlantic City Regional Chamber of Commerce, New Jersey Supreme Court District I Ethics Committee.
