At Montgomery Family Law, our practice is dedicated to North Carolina divorce and family law. This focus provides the experience necessary to effectively and efficiently resolve even the most difficult issues, including complex child custody, alimony, and property division matters. In many cases, an out-of-court agreement can be reached through smart negotiation, without the need for litigation. Sometimes, aggressive litigation is necessary. Our expertise is in knowing how to best meet the challenges at hand.

Attorney Charles Montgomery is a North Carolina Board Certified Specialist in Family Law, first certified in 1995. He has been practicing law in Cary and Raleigh, North Carolina for more than thirty-nine years and exclusively family law since 1992. Attorney Scott Montgomery is also a N.C. Board Certified Specialist in Family Law and has extensive family law experience. Attorney Laura Esseesse practices family law exclusively and is a leader of our client-focused family law team.
