Biography

MATTHEW E. KENNEDY graduated from Villanova University in 2004 and Seton Hall University School of Law in 2007. Following law school, he served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Thomas M. McCormack, Superior Court of New Jersey, Essex County. Since joining our firm in 2008, Mr. Kennedy has concentrated his practice in automobile liability, construction defect, construction accident liability, defamation, environmental litigation, insurance coverage, premises liability, and products liability. He has tried cases to verdict and argued successfully in the Appellate Division. Mr. Kennedy is admitted to the bars of the State of New Jersey, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, and the State of New York. In addition, he is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association.
