Joe, a Chardon resident, joined the firm in 1976 and was made Principal in 1979. He has significant experience counseling business clients on a host of transactional issues including mergers, acquisitions, sales, and financing. He also assists business clients pertaining to business formation, organization, governance, financing and management. Joe also assists clients in the areas of estate planning and tax planning. He is General Counsel to the Cleveland Indians professional baseball team.
