Rhonda Woodard graduated from the Ohio State University College of Law in 1979. She is a past President of the Wyoming Trial Lawyers Association, past member of the Board of Governors of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, past member and chair of the Wyoming Board of Law Examiners, and a past President of the Ewing T. Kerr American Inn of Court. Rhonda has also served on the Wyoming Judicial Planning Commission, the Select Committee to Review Judicial Code of Conduct, and the Wyoming Judicial Nominating Commission.

Rhonda is listed in The Best Lawyers in America and Martindale Hubbell ®Bar Register of Preeminent Women LawyersÔ. She is admitted to practice in all courts in Wyoming and the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. Her practice concentrates on catastrophic injury, wrongful death, automobile accidents, and mediations.
