Biography

Richard Wolf graduated from the University of Wyoming College of Law in 1973. He is a former President of the Wyoming Trial Lawyers Association, and for several terms served on the Board of Governors of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America. He is certified in civil trial advocacy by the National Board of Trial Advocacy and is a past President of the Wyoming Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates, an organization of experienced trial attorneys from both the plaintiffs and defense bar.

He is admitted to practice in all courts in Wyoming, the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals, the United States Supreme Court, and has litigated cases in many jurisdictions outside of Wyoming. His practice concentrates on catastrophic injury, wrongful death, defective products, premises liability, automobile accidents, civil rights, and work place injury.
