Andrew T. White is a Shareholder in the Real Estate Group in the Chicago office of Greenberg Traurig, LLP. He has extensive experience in commercial real estate advising real estate investors, funds, sponsors and operating companies on private equity capital raising, finance, investment and development of commercial real estate. He also advises on the formation of joint ventures to own, operate, develop, and finance a full range of property classes, including office, industrial, residential, hotel and retail properties. Andrew also represents purchasers/landlords in sale/leasebacks and in the financing of single-tenanted, net leased properties, including properties leased to credit tenants and non-credit tenants. He has significant experience representing clients in the acquisition, disposition and financing of individual and multi-asset portfolios of real estate, the creation of joint ventures for the ownership and development of real estate, and a broad range of financing matters.
