I have known Dan for a number of years and have had cases against him. He has the highest standards of ethics and is extremely knowledgeable regarding Ill. Comp. law. I have sought his opinions on other cases to obtain a "respondent's point of view". He has always been willing and helpful whenever we discussed matters. He is very adept at evaluating cases for settlement and trial. I would, and do, trust him implicitly.
