JEREMY B. HARRIS received his Juris Doctorate from DePaul University College of Law and his undergraduate degree in Political Science from the University of Arizona. Prior to joining Gunty & Mccarthy, Mr. Harris researched the appealable points of criminal law and drafted appellate briefs for the Illinois State Appellate Defender's office. After three years in this position, Mr. Harris joined Gunty & McCarthy in May 2004. His practice areas include general insurance defense, property damage, toxic tort defense and personal injury litigation. Mr. Harris covers depositions in states across the country and prepares cases for trial or settlement. He is active in the Tourette Syndrome Association and he is a member of the Illinois Bar Association.
