Kristin M. Case founded The Case Law Firm to empower employees to fight for a fair and healthy workplace. To her, there is nothing as rewarding as helping her clients achieve the optimal outcome during workplace related disputes. With over 15 years of successfully litigating, counseling and guiding
clients through the complex world of employment law, Ms. Case has earned a reputation as one of the most respected employment attorneys in Chicago. Ms. Case has extensive expertise successfully leading clients through every aspect of their claim, from the initial filing and litigation to judgment. She has
in-depth knowledge from years of bringing her clients’ cases before administrative agencies such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Illinois Department of Human Rights, as well as throughout the litigation process in both state and federal courts. Representing employees of
all levels, including executives, expat employees, lawyers, physicians and academics,
she has a proven ability to evaluate claims and identify a strategic approach to achieve the best result for her clients. Due to her distinguished track record, Ms. Case has been recognized by Chicago Magazine
as a Rising Star and Super Lawyer since 2010. She frequently speaks and writes about employment law, and has presented before the American Bar Association, the Chicago Bar Association and the Illinois Institute for Continuing Legal Education. Ms. Case is admitted to practice law in Illinois as
well as Missouri and before the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, the Illinois Supreme Court, the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals and the Missouri Supreme Court.
