With almost a decade of legal experience, Attorney Marc Weissman focuses on cases involving the elderly for Malman Law, including cases involving nursing homes, assisted living, supportive living, long term care, elder abuse, and medical malpractice.

The elderly in our communities are often vulnerable to abuse and neglect, which is why it’s so important that they have excellent legal representation. Attorney Weissman became an attorney to advocate for others and is committed to providing the best legal services and care possible to those who need help fighting for their rights.

“The elderly often do not have the ability to advocate for themselves,” Attorney Weissman says, “It is an honor for me to be their voice, and recover just compensation for the harms inflicted upon them.

Additionally, Attorney Weissman handles cases involving workers compensation, automobile accidents, trucking accidents, bicycle accidents, slip and falls, dog bites, premises liability, and intentional torts.
