Jillian Smith Brandstetter



Prior to joining the municipal law and litigation departments at Wood & Lamping, Jillian Smith Brandstetter focused her practice on real estate law. She has represented lenders in Federal Housing Administration insured financings of skilled nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and multifamily housing projects. Additionally, she practiced natural resources law and has experience conducting due diligence activities related to oil and gas exploration in Ohio.Jillian is a 2012 graduate of The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law and a 2009 graduate of Miami University. While in law school, Jillian received a Certificate in Dispute Resolution, served as a volunteer mediator for the Franklin County Municipal Court, and interned for the Ohio Attorney General's Office Labor Relations and Charitable Law Sections. She was also a member of the managing board of the Ohio State Journal on Dispute Resolution and received recognition as a Public Service Fellow for her pro bono work.
