  • On July 22, 2008, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission ("EEOC") released a new Compliance Manual section clarifying its guidance in connection with religious discrimination in the workplace and conduct that might be violative of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 ("Title VII") (the "Compliance Manual").
