Educational Background: Mark is a 1989 graduate of the University of Tennessee with a degree in Business Administration. He is a 1992 graduate of Mississippi College School of Law with a Doctorate of Jurisprudence. He is licensed to practice law in both Tennessee and Kentucky, as well as the United States District Courts of the Western District of Tennessee, Middle District of Tennessee, Western District of Kentucky and the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. Professional Activities: Mark is a member of the Montgomery County, Tennessee and the American Bar Associations. He is also a member of the Tennessee Defense Lawyers Association and the Tennessee Association of Construction Counsel. In 2005 he became a member of the International Association of Defense Counsel (IADC) and he is also a member of the Defense Research Institute (DRI). Community Involvement: Mark has been actively involved in the community having served on the Board of Directors of United Way of the Greater Clarksville Area. Mark is the legal counsel for Tennessee State Soccer Association, as well as a licensed coach and has been active in coaching travel soccer teams. He is the past president of the Montgomery County Soccer Association and a founding member the Fusion Soccer Club. Mark is a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Clarksville, Tennessee. He is married to Terri Fincher Nolan and has two sons and three step-sons.
