Charles Holloway, P.A., is a DUI Attorney and Criminal Defense Attorney in Clearwater who represents clients in Pinellas, Hillsborough, and Pasco counties, as well as throughout the state of Florida. Admitted to the Florida Bar 25 years ago, Charles Holloway is a former prosecutor for Florida’s Sixth Judicial Circuit. He has decades of experience on both sides of the courtroom in a wide range of DUI and Criminal Defense cases.

With offices in Clearwater, Tampa, and St. Petersburg, Charles Holloway is a certified Intoxilyzer (Breathalyzer) operator who has been in private practice for more than 20 years as a Tampa Bay Criminal Defense Attorney and Tampa Bay DUI Attorney.
