Practice Description

Mr. Bamis practices exclusively in the areas of Family Law and Immigration and Nationality Law. As a Family Law Attorney, Mr. Bamis has used his extensive trial experience to help clients navigate through some of their most stressful and difficult times of their lives in matters of divorce, child custody, child support, relocations, and modifications of Final Judgments.

As an Immigration attorney, Mr. Bamis has represented numerous individuals and companies from all over the world in a variety of complex immigration matters, including administrative filings with the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services as well as Removal (“Deportation”) cases before the U.S. Immigration Court and Board of Immigration Appeals. As a first generation born American, Mr. Bamis takes great pride in helping people legally enter and remain in the United States.
