For almost three decades has represented property owners and Boards of Education on real estate property tax valuation issues at local Boards of Revision, Ohio Board of Tax Appeals, Court of Common Pleas, Court of Appeals and Ohio Supreme Court. Counsels physicians on relationships with hospitals and other health care professionals. Represents real estate owners on acquisitions, mortgage financing, lease negotiations, municipal disputes, sales and transfers, and joint ventures.
