Musette T. Vincent is Of Counsel in the Cleveland, Ohio, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. She has practiced employment and employee benefits law in regulated environments for over 20 years.

As corporate counsel in both the financial and pharmaceutical sectors, Ms. Vincent has advised clients on a wide range of employment-related issues, including reductions in force, FMLA and disability leaves, ADA reasonable accommodation issues, employment discrimination issues, new and existing regulations, and all areas of employment litigation risk. She directly handled hundreds of EEOC and state civil rights commission charges, as well as threatened litigation. Ms. Vincent also has extensive experience with employee welfare benefits plans, including health, cafeteria, disability and flexible spending account plans, and severance plans.
