Steve Lewicky is a business and litigation attorney with over 25 years’ experience, both in private legal practice and working inside technology companies. He has extensive trial experience in the state and federal courts located in Maryland and the District of Columbia. In addition to strong legal writing, research, and advocacy skills, Steve is an effective communicator who works well with clients, opposing counsel, and colleagues. Steve holds a Masters of Business Administration degree, and spent almost a decade working for technology companies in Northern California.

Following graduation from law school, Steve Lewicky served as a law clerk to the Hon. John McAuliffe on the Maryland Court of Appeals. He entered private practice with the law firm of Furey, Doolan & Abell in Chevy Chase, where his practice centered on business, family law, and estate litigation. While in private practice, Steve earned an MBA from the University of Maryland, and moved to San Francisco. There he held positions with Intel Corporation, first in its legal department and later in its sales and marketing division. He then moved on to a series of management positions in venture-backed internet companies in San Francisco. In 2007 Steve returned to Maryland, and shortly thereafter joined the law firm of Davis, Agnor, Rapaport & Skalny in Columbia, where his practice centered on business transactions and litigation. Steve established his own firm in 2016.
