Attorney Roxi A. Liming assists individuals and families in obtaining permanent resident status in the United States. She works with businesses to assist them with paperwork for obtaining the proper work authorization documents for employees. She also represents employers and individuals in all areas of administrative proceedings, as well as in litigation through the courts. She has successfully defended employers in Department of Labor wage and hour investigations and in federal court. She has also successfully represented employees in national origin discrimination; sexual harassment; disability discrimination; workers compensation retaliation and FMLA violation cases.
