Biography

Brian is an Associate Attorney at Doucet & Associates. He graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and enrolled in the pre-professional program for medicine. He received his J.D. from Capital University Law School and graduated with Pro Bono Honors.

Brian A. Brown developed a passion for helping families that were in danger of losing their homes while volunteering with Habitat For Humanity and the Legal Aid Society of Columbus. He gained valuable experience performing research for a bankruptcy attorney in Columbus, but ultimately decided that bankruptcy is not always the best solution for a client. Since joining Doucet and Associates in 2018, Brian has approached each case with enthusiasm and is always determined to get the best result for his clients. He focuses on representing clients in foreclosure defense and various other consumer-related litigation, including the Consumer Sales Practices Act (CSPA), and the Truth in Lending Act (TILA).

Brian was born and raised in southern Ohio, and is an avid Buckeyes and Reds Fan. He currently resides in Delaware, Ohio. He enjoys snowboarding, fishing, cooking, and woodworking.
