Working closely with clients and their families to keep them in the loop at every stage, Holly is known for her thoughtful approach to crafting plans, probate wills, administer trusts, or set up guardianships. She assists professionals and business owners in all aspects of estate and business succession planning.
Holly represents fiduciaries and beneficiaries in the administration of trusts and probate estates, and handles any disputes that arise such as will contests and trust contests. She also provides guardians with guidance in the application and administration of guardianships of both the person and estate.
