Kerry Boyle's real estate experience involves every property marketplace: office, multi-family, construction, residential development, and land. He has also negotiated hundreds of commercial lease agreements for office, retail, and manufacturing space on behalf of landlords and tenants.

Kerry has challenged real estate tax values before county boards of revision in Franklin and contiguous counties, and actively represents several homebuilders in Central Ohio regarding all contract, lien and litigation support matters.

In addition to real estate, Kerry specializes in representing restaurant companies including all real estate and contract related matters.

Kerry practices within the real estate, construction and restaurant industry groups and serves as a member of the Isaac Wiles Management Committee.
