Mr. Haynes is an Ohio State Bar Association Board Certified Family Law Specialist with nearly 20 years experience in family law negotiation and litigation. This certification makes Mr. Haynes one of a small group of attorneys in Ohio to earn this distinction. To become a Board Certified Specialist, Mr. Haynes had to:

• Demonstrate substantial and continuing involvement in Family Law;
• Submit five individual references from Judges, Magistrates and other attorneys attesting to his competency in Family Law;
• Have earned a minimum of 36 hours of intermediate or advance continuing education credits in Family Law during the past three years; and
• Pass an intensive examination encompassing all areas of Family Law.
