  • In Mason v. ILS Technologies, LLC, No. 3:04-CV-139-RJC-DCK, 2008 WL 731557 (W.D.N.C. Feb. 29, 2008), the court held that an employee's e-mail communications with his attorney were privileged despite having been sent on a company computer.
