Corban J. Porter



Corban specializes in the areas of commercial litigation, premises and general liability and construction litigation, representing a number of large local and national builders in a variety of disputes. Additionally, he represents businesses and employers in a broad range of employment litigation matters, including discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, wage and hour and other fair employment practice matters. Prior to joining Wood, Smith, Henning & Berman, Corban worked for one of the Central Valley’s largest law firms, handling an array of agribusiness, complex commercial litigation and employment matters. Corban graduated from The George Washington University Law School in 2009 where he was a member of the George Washington University Civil Litigation Clinic, providing pro bono legal representation for lower income residents in the District of Columbia.
