Paul D. Creme concentrates his practice on business and corporate matters and has served clients both as an attorney and in-house counsel. Mr. Creme has extensive experience representing clients in mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, technology licensing, private placement offerings, stockholder arrangements and start-up financing. He has also drafted and negotiated employment and termination agreements and handled employment cases for the companies he represents. Because Mr. Creme has practiced in-house and in private practice for over 30 years, he has been in a position to combine his background as a lawyer with that of a businessman.
