  • Mexico has a significant infrastructure and housing deficit, which is triggering a good number of construction projects in the country. While the global financial recession has significantly affected the construction business and this trend has declined, it is definitively ongoing and will pick-up considerably as soon as financing becomes more readily available. Foreign companies are becoming much more involved in construction projects in Mexico.
