Attorney Awards

Elizabeth Lutz (“Liz”) is a partner at The Legacy Law Firm. Prior to joining The Legacy Law Firm, Elizabeth practiced estate planning, probate administration, and trust administration at a boutique law firm in Sarasota, Florida and a large law firm in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Most recently, she worked as in-house counsel at the largest privately held trust company in South Florida.

Due to her broad range of experiences, Elizabeth can offer comprehensive legal services to her clients. Elizabeth has gained keen insight into the specialized field and its clientele and appreciates both the sensitivity of the topics at hand and the importance of a client’s confidence in his or her attorney.

Her Why: Elizabeth understands the difficulty and unease associated with the passing of a loved one and the peace of mind that comes with having a plan for the future. Elizabeth has therefore dedicated her professional career to helping her clients navigate the probate court system and develop an estate plan tailored to fit their goals.
