  • Quoted companies are more than ever before turning to the cash box structure as a way of raising capital quickly and without the need for shareholder approval. Provided that such transactions are transparent and the reasons for them are communicated to investors, institutions are increasingly supportive of this fundraising method. For example, Hunton & Williams client and AIM quoted company Faroe Petroleum recently completed a successful £62.2 million fundraising using a cash box to take advantage of various investment and development opportunities.
