  • In R & K Lombard Pharmacy Corp. v. Medicine Shoppe International, Inc., No. 4:07-CV-288 (CEJ), 2008 WL 648509 (E.D. Mo. Mar. 5, 2008), plaintiffs sued a subsidiary and its parent, Cardinal Health, for various federal and state claims, and the parent moved to dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction.
