  • Two recent decisions in antitrust cases have delivered good news for corporate clients seeking to protect the confidentiality of communications with in-house attorneys. These cases considered the applicability of the attorney-client privilege to communications between clients and corporate counsel, and in each instance found that the communications at issue were privileged.
