After serving as an officer in the United States Army Mr. Talley began practicing law in Dallas in 1973. Mr. Talley has tried dozens of cases before juries and judges in metropolitan Atlanta and handled several successful appeals in the Georgia Court of Appeals and Supreme Court of Georgia. In addition to handling lawsuits Mr. Talley has developed his practice in estate planning, probate, real estate, and assisting clients with their business needs. The firm offers a broad range of experience and maturity to its clients.
