Mr. Alan J. Rosenberg



In addition to his significant experience in the courtroom, Alan serves in an outside general counsel role for companies doing business throughout the country. Alan is often called upon to handle various legal issues, including, corporate governance, contract preparation and enforcement, litigation, real estate, collections, mergers and acquisitions, risk management, investigations, employment, and business strategy.

Alan was named a Texas Rising Star as published by Texas Monthly magazine each year from 2006-2011 and again from 2015-2017. In 2017, Alan was acknowledged as a Top 100 Up and Coming Attorney for the State of Texas. In 2018, Alan was named a Super Lawyer by the same publication.

Alan proudly participates in various community projects and fundraisers.
