Andrew Ross has been licensed to practice law in the state of Texas since 2011 and has dedicated the majority of his career to helping consumers who have purchased defective products. Andrew is a native Texan who graduated cum laude from Texas Tech University in 2007. As a result, he decided to go to law school and received his Juris Doctorate from Valparaiso University School of Law in 2011. During law school, Andrew obtained certification as a student lawyer so that he could represent low-income clients free of charge in a variety of civil matters.
Prior to joining Allen Stewart P.C., Andrew worked for a national consumer protection law firm for almost four years where he managed and handled all of the firm’s Texas lemon law, breach of warranty and consumer fraud cases. Andrew has represented hundreds of consumers throughout his career, obtaining favorable client recoveries through settlement and litigation. The recoveries in his cases have included, but are not limited to: vehicle buybacks, vehicle replacements and/or cash settlements. In addition to Andrew’s extensive consumer protection experience, Andrew also has experience in family law, corporate law, contracts, personal injury, oil & gas and real estate law.
