Gabrielle C. Smith is a Senior Associate Attorney with our law firm and like the rest of our legal team, she also shares a strong passion for representing federal employees with their work-related problems. Attorney Smith's practice focuses primarily on assisting federal employees with their EEO and MSPB claims. She has represented clients across the nation in their administrative hearings, and has worked toward resolving and settling numerous cases for federal employees nation-wide. In her varied experience litigating cases in the federal administrative venue with a number of different agencies, she has navigated employees through complex and nuanced issues ranging a broad scope of claims to include impermissible employment discrimination and wrongful disciplinary action. Attorney Smith graduated from Texas A&M University with Latin honors and University honors. She obtained her law degree from The University of Texas School of Law. While in law school, Attorney Smith served as a staff editor on the Texas Journal of Women and the Law, which focused on a variety of issues, including gender disparity in the workplace. Prior to joining The Devadoss Law Firm, Attorney Smith practiced employment, constitutional, and administrative law while representing local governmental entities. Attorney Smith is a member of the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers, serving as an active member of the Law Student Assistance Committee. When she is not practicing law, Attorney Smith spends time working with her service organization and creating hand-crafted jewelry and home d├ęcor pieces.
