Matthew Good’s practice focuses on litigation and business transactions with particular emphasis involving the purchase, sale, leasing, financing and servicing of heavy equipment utilized in the aviation industry. He advises sellers, buyers, investors, lessors, lessees and lenders with respect to aviation assets operating in the United States and off shore. In addition to his transactional practice, Mr. Good represents businesses and public entities in a variety of disputed matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Good gained extensive trial experience in state and federal courts while practicing for more than a decade in Northern California representing public entities, private clients and insurance companies in matters involving commercial disputes, personal injury, wrongful death, law enforcement, real property, inverse condemnation, employment and judgment enforcement.
