Attorney Robert D. Hemphill began the practice of law in Dallas in 1974. Since 1984, he has been continuously rated “A.V.” by the Martindale Hubbell Legal Directory. Prior to starting his own law office in 1995, he was a partner in two prominent law firms where he focused on business litigation, general corporate and municipal law. Since 2008, he has continued his practice with the Palmer & Manuel firm. He previously served as adjunct professor of business law in the University of Dallas graduate school and for the Dallas County Community College system.
