Mr. Steven M. Gruber

Attorney Awards


Steve Gruber serves as of counsel to Waters Kraus & Paul. He has represented workers across the country with mesothelioma for more than two decades. Steve has committed his entire professional life to fighting on behalf of the victims of the asbestos industry.

Steve is a member of the American Bar Association and Texas Trial Lawyers Association. His work in the community includes his service on the Board of Directors for Children’s Medical Center of Dallas. He is also a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) where he fights on behalf of abused and neglected children. Steve is admitted to practice in Texas, Minnesota, and Alabama.

The son of a railroad worker and a teacher, he was raised in Seattle, Washington. Steve completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Washington before earning his law degree with honors at the University of Texas School of Law.
