Gee Gargandi "Gandi" Vaughn is a Partner at Mitchell & Mitchell. Gandi grew up in Whitfield County and knew the litigation reputation of the Mitchell & Mitchell law firm. He returned to Dalton after graduation, to practice law as a litigator in 1995. Mr. Vaughn was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia in May 1995. He is currently a member of the State Bar of Georgia, Conasauga Bar Association, and the Family Law, Criminal Law and Equine Law Sections of the State Bar. Gandi is also a member of the Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (GADCL). He was admitted to practice before the Federal District Court and the Georgia Supreme Court in 1995. Mr. Vaughn was appointed by the Attorney General in 2006 and is currently serving as counsel for the Georgia Department of Human Resources, Child Support Services. He is a former law clerk of Judge Gary B. Andrews of the Georgia Court of Appeals. Gandi formerly served as Counsel for the City of Dalton (1995-2000), the City of Eton (1995-2000), and the Town of Resaca (2004-2010).
Mr. Vaughn graduated with a BBA in Economics from the University of Georgia School of Business in 1992. In 1995, Gandi Vaughn received his Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia School of Law.
