    In defending me, he put his own aspirations to a judicial office above vigorous defense of me as his client — as he has told others who sought legal counsel from him. I found him to be ethically insensitive, particularly when my case involved issues of discrimination due to sexual orientation that he refused to touch. In mediation, he did nothing to counter the bullying of the mediator and to defend me as his client. Read less
