Biography

Mr. Hayden’s experience includes insurance bad faith, personal injury, premises liability, construction defect, and workers’ compensation. He has extensive experience representing insurance companies and insureds in matters involving insurance bad faith and serious medical issues. Mr. Hayden has also counseled clients in coverage related matters.

Mr. Hayden has counseled clients in pre-litigation disputes, and has advocated for them through mediation, arbitration, and court proceedings.

Insurance experience: Prior to law school, Mr. Hayden was employed by a large, multi-national insurance company in various roles, including that of a Product Manager.

While in law school, Mr. Hayden served as a General Editor on the Denver University Law review and interned for Chief Judge William Sylvester in Colorado’s 18th Judicial District. Additionally, he served as a Senator representing the interests of his class in the Student Bar Association.
