Amy Arlander's practice focuses on representation of landowners and condemning authorities in eminent domain litigation; and representation of corporations, businesses and individuals in a variety of real estate-related matters including zoning, C.R.C.P. 106 challenges to land use decisions, and contractual disputes. Her clients range from Fortune 500 companies to special districts, to individuals. Ms. Arlander's practice encompasses all aspects of litigation: drafting complaints; drafting and answering written discovery; mediation; motion practice; negotiation of settlement; trial; and appellate work. She also regularly advises clients and negotiates pre-litigation resolutions of disputes.Ms. Arlander obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, from St. Olaf College in Northfield, Minnesota, with majors in Political Science and Speech.
