In her 30-year career, Ms. Gudder has represented clients in the construction industry and other civil litigation matters. Her practice includes representing design professionals on a variety of projects, both public and private. Additionally, Ms. Gudder’s experience has included work as co-bond counsel for governmental clients, and other civil litigation matters. Ms. Gudder spent a large part of her career writing legal practice guides and treatises in the areas of construction law, zoning and planning law, environmental law, and general civil litigation. Ms. Gudder has recently returned to the legal profession after spending 12 years as a teacher for Denver Public Schools. Her experience as a teacher helped her to develop many interpersonal skills that will enhance her law practice, including leadership and collaboration skills.
Ms. Gudder received her B.A. in Sociology from the University of Denver. She obtained her J.D. from the University of California Hastings College of the Law and was admitted to the Colorado Bar in 1988.
