Biography

Prior to joining Baldwin Morgan & Rider, P.C. in November 2013, Ms. Kafer was in private practice at a civil litigation firm in Denver. Before entering practice, she served as a law clerk to the Honorable Edward C. Moss of the 17th Judicial District in Colorado. During law school, Ms. Kafer also completed an internship with the Honorable Michael L. Bender of the Colorado Supreme Court and was a law clerk for a firm specializing in local government law. Ms. Kafer's practice is focused on general civil litigation, with an emphasis on defense of personal injury, employment, and civil rights matters and defense of governmental entities.
