Biography

Nicholas Temming is focused on helping people who have been catastrophically injured at the hands of someone else; often, at the hands of someone they trusted. Nick believes there is no greater purpose than to help those who are unable to help themselves and this is especially true when someone else’s negligence has caused this helplessness.

Working for clients and families who find themselves in the worst circumstances of their lives means that he needs to be working at his best. Resolving complex, contentious, and high-dollar disputes requires a mastery of the facts, legal proficiency, and strategic foresight, both inside and outside of the courtroom. Nick uses his knowledge, experience, and resources to make a difference in clients’ lives by resolving every case in the most determined and efficient manner possible
