Tom Shebar has more than 15 years of experience in transactional law. He focuses his practice on cable television distribution agreements, retransmission consent agreements, media, data and technology licensing, mergers and acquisitions, and related corporate and commercial matters. In addition, Tom has experience in general corporate matters, including the creation of corporate structures, vendor, marketing and consulting agreements, and commercial real estate transactions.

Tom has broad in-house and law firm experience negotiating, structuring, and drafting agreements. His background at a large media distribution company provides him with a business-minded perspective and practical approach to contract negotiations.
